Finally! ❤ A reasonable quality time with my hubby to be. ❤
In the world of art, paintings are what really fascinates me. More than being jealous, I really admire their craft, the strokes and how each one of them can create something close to reality with just a brush and clouds of paint. ❤ ❤ I only wish to be like them.
On a sidenote, what do girls have to do to teach the boyfriends to be IG Boyfriend? Hahaha. Just look at the photos I take of him . . .
compared to what he takes . . .
Hahaha. A Manual on it please?
When we want korean food but not in the mood to pig out — KAYA! It’s where we get our reliable dose of Beef Stew and Sizzling Squid. ❤
CHULPAN OJINGO / Sizzling Garlic Squid for Php 265
This dish is looming with chili garlic! I can just top anything with their garlic. Squid is also tender and have zero bubble gum features.
KALBI JIM / Beef Stew for Php 295
It’s the melts-in-your-mouth beef tenderness! I just wish that there are less bones. I’d rather have full meat. The sauce though is a viand on its own, pair it with rice? Suree!
BOYFRIEND – Equally tender and yummy. 😀 HAHAHA.
I wanted for him to try Matgalne where my friends and I ate once. However, upon reaching the place, there was no available table, waiters were not accommodating and it was chaos.
We ended up trying this Korean, Donna Donna instead which is just across I’m Hotel.
We just ordered Samgyupsal for Php 330 and 2 rice.
We wanted to try Soju!! But we didn’t know that this is Vodka. So we ended up drinking hard liquor at Noon.
We surprisingly found this quaint new café in the not so near neighborhood in Makati. This space has everything that I’m looking for! : Actual food (not just pastries), spacious, bright, quiet, with available plugs and let’s not forget —- Instagrammable Place! 😀
Walls are filled with paintings, quotes and other artworks that makes it instagrammable.
We ordered the following;
Chicken Japanese Mayo for Php 180
This was the boyfriend’s order so I didn’t want to eat a lot of it, but I did. It was yum-eh. I think the Japanese Mayo pulled this one off.
I wanted to order their Bacon and Cheese Flatbread but unfortunately, they ran out of bacon that day so I ended up ordering the Roasted Chicken Flatbread which turned out to be really good as well.
The Roasted Chicken Flatbread is for Php 200
Pretty much enjoyed my stay here. It would have been better if I was able to stay longer and get some work done. 🙂
Snapshots that day with the boyfriend:
They opened 2014 and I only got to try them last weekend. 😀 how unfortunate! HAHA.
Orders? Been publishing posts – TIRED and I want to sleep already. Will just be dumping photos here. 😀
Three of us ordered the Taco Dog for Php 125 and one Chicago Dog for Php 125.
Chili con carne, bacon, onions, cheese and salsa. Pretty GOOD. 🙂 – TACO
Chili con carne, pickle, relish, bacon bits, salsa and onions.
GOOD! I’m just not the sausage slash hotdog type kind of girl.
Today was fun! 🙂 and I’m glad we did this! ❤
I CANNOT KEEP UP WITH ALL THE NEW RESTAURANTS COMING IN! tonight? SOUTHGRILL!
I wanted to sit outside but the weather does not permit. It’s just too damn hot these days. Appetizer. Pretty darn tasty! The cheese dip did it for me!
Our orders: Grilled Liempo for Php 250 So, so, so GOOD! Talk about some Garlic! 🙂 The meat definitely does not resemble a gum!
Calamari for Php 280. Some beers, and we’re good! ❤
Another Mexican Treat! 😀 Nothing to do on my last day of school. MEH.
Always a Taco for me! 😀 Soft Ground Beef Taco for Php 130. two pieces of taco and some chips!
And Moe’s famous Chipotle Chicken for Php 265. He finished it in seconds! 😛 I’m assuming this is a thumbs up!
We also took the time to try Tim Hortons.
Small French Vanilla for Php 100 and Small Hazelnut Iced Capp for Php 135. Both are equally satisfying! I also ordered some Chocolate Chunk Cookie for Php 50 a piece and some Timbits for Php 10 each. The cookie was good, NOT WOAH thouugh. Timebits are blah. don’t know why they’re bragging about the timbits at all. It was dry and a bit bland.
I’d go back for the coffee! 😀
We had some freetime on a weekday! Yay! Try out something new? Hell Yeah! Kodanda at BF. It’s a good thing we were able to try them out while on a promo/ 😀 Php 400 for an hour! 🙂 unlimited set!
Let the games, begin!
Okay so here it is: You have the stand behind the line, one foot forward, one foot at the back. Your fingers — well, I cannot instruct very well. However, the very amicable staff ill teach you step by step, guiding you through the first set.
We missed some shots, but we also landed some pretty close arrows to the main target. ❤
Pretty Awesome date with this one. 🙂
I’ve been craving Mexican lately. Been eating tacos more than usual, eh? And here we are, again. Indulging on my cravings. 😛
So if you’re in the mood for some quesadillas, tacos or burritos — here’s their menu.
And here’s what we ordered: ❤ ❤ ❤
For the Lady, Latin Salpicao Taco for Php 105. They only serve 1 piece of taco but the pork was generous. It wasn’t dry and had the perfect amount of seasoning, vegetables and mayo? (if it’s close enough)
My love’s order: Quarter Southern Spice Chicken for Php 235. This comes with 2 sides already. In this case, dirty rice and some fries. 🙂
For us both: Garlic Calamari for Php 235. THE Bomb! ❤
And he’s not even close to done! 😀 Mango Cream Sticky Rice for Php 145.
Always, always with my ❤
He finally listened to me! ❤ Erwan Food it is for date night. 🙂
We picked out our orders the night before and we had a hard time! Let’s go with the easy one first. : Bagoong Rice for Php 145
Pork & Shrimp Laksa for Php 245 with Crispy Tofu, Chili Oil, Boiled Egg and Sesame Buchi. I lovedddd this! The consistency was thick which I assume was made from scratch rather than just powder. The taste was really strong.
General P’s Chicken for Php 220 – Battered Chicken, peanuts and Orange Soy. It was alright. Nothing like Recipe’s. 🙂
Crispy Baby Squid for Php 180 – Plum Glaze, Chilis, Fried Dilis and Spiced Peanuts. The love was crazy about the shrimps.
I wouldn’t mind going on a date here again. ❤
Another Korean Food Trip with the boyfriend.
Korean Food always sets us in the mood. Well, this was an after almost fight. 😀
Milky Moustache + How to get away with Murder + Suits 😀
It’s been awhile since we’ve been to BGC. You noticed? Andddd, my crush was craving for burger.
Menu? The boyfriend ordered Kandi for Php 275
And I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger for Php 265
Both of our burgers are sinful and delicious. We both chose to have our bacon in Honey Sriracha and we both finished our burgers. Satisfying. 🙂
And Chicken Popcorn in Buffalo Sauce
Always with my date..
I think I’ve taken for granted the daily dinner dates that we have. I’m sorry.
Thank you for bringing me home everytime we do. I know it’s far from your place and traffic is getting worse on our side of the world, but you still want to make sure I arrive safely home.
We may get fat (which I am already) and look tired and stressed (which I am too), But I love you just the same. :* Thank you for all the little things, babe.
HA! Finally got to spend time with the Love of My Life! It has been a stressful week. I’ve been so excited to see him and too tired to even stay awake at the same time. I am sorry babe.
And after our third attempt, he was able to try Marcia Adams!
We both chose the Amalfi Prawns as our starter.
My Handsome Date ordered the Aromatic Pork which is very succulent and deserves to be the star of their menu.
I ordered the Chicken Kebab. – A first for me, to actually pick a Chicken Dish. It was not bad, paired with its dip – I can actually finish the plate. But I was too full already.
For dessert, the lovely date ordered the Banana Split.
I ordered the Fried Banana with Chocolate Dip
My Lovely Date and the person responsible for my happiness.
From My Constant: Escada Perfume (which I have been thinking of buying for myself for the past months), 2 Bonnes Ventes White Top, Gray Maldita Dress, a very comfy nude flats and an automatic umbrella.
Thank you so much, Love! They are my new favourite, thanks to you. I love you and Merry, Merry Christmas, Sweetheart!
And we’re back at it again! Always in the mood for some Pinoy Dishes.:D
I like their new arrangement. BTW, Bistro Indio used to be Hiyas. They just had some conflict issued regarding their name but the food remained delicious.
We ordered the Crispy Black Adobo Squid for Php 245.00. I was never a fan of Adobong Pusit, but this I recommend. It was a Calamari with a twist or Adobong Pusit with a twist. You decide. In addition to that, it wasn’t chewy at all.
Sous Vide Salpicao for Php 285.00. All because nothing can go wrong with salpicao. Except if it tastes like bubblegum — which it was no. 🙂 And generous amount of well seasoned oil.
Hmmm. And yes to going back and trying the other stuff on their menu. 🙂 Don’t you just absolutely love Kapitolyo?
